IMT Apprenticeship

The Industrial Manufacturing Technician (IMT) Apprenticeship Program presents a unique opportunity for employers and workers alike.

Why IMT?

The IMT apprenticeship was developed to meet manufacturing firms’ needs to upgrade the skills of the frontline  production workers.

The IMT on-the-job learning and related instruction are relevant in nearly all modern manufacturing settings, and can be customized to a  particular firm’s criteria. Upon completion of training, workers earn nationally recognized manufacturing journey worker credentials.

“IMT is an amazing program. Their instructors and employees work with you accommodating everything we need, are extremely knowledgeable, and truly love what they do. The program also helped my technicians become masters at analyzing productions flaws and failures. This has made an immediate impact in the field.”

John Vode, President, Precision Maintenance Solutions Inc, Merrillville, IN
